Access Activity Logs

Once you (customers) have made a request using either ROS website or smartphone app, this feature allows you to go back and view what you had requested, from whom and when. This feature has been developed to help you keep a good track your requests. Go to "Pharmacy activity log" and "Medical Centre activity log" on ROS website or smartphone app to review the relevant information. In certain cases you may be able to use a history log to order new repeats if the medicines requested earlier have not changed and your health care provider is convinced that all the details are correct.
